Cintre recently held a second time for change meeting. The meeting was held at the Greenway Centre where the Cintre Reachout hub is located. The morning was planned so that the staff could come together to support the CEO Dr Claire Mould as she signed the pledge on behalf of Cintre.
The group comprised of staff from across the organisation, all showing support over tea, coffee and cake. The idea was something that had been discussed at the Senior Manager Team meeting recently. It was agreed that a small group would look into the pledge and then decide if Cintre would then sign up to the idea.
For those of you that are unaware of ‘time to change’ it is a growing social movement working to change the way we all think and act about mental health problems. It encourages people to think more openly and positively about the way in which we approach the issues relating to mental health. Cintre are an organisation that are proud to actively promote new ideas for the well-being of the staff and the adults we support.
