A one day FREE event with lots of activities for the whole family. There will be a climbing wall, bouncy castle, go-karts for children, human hamster balls, interactive health and wellbeing stalls, health checks, massages and alternatives therapies, hearing tests, rowing challenge, smoothie bike, tai chi,line dancing and much more. The Feel Good Day will take place across four venues in the Henbury- the community centre on Machin Road, Henbury Library, Barnard's Park and Crow Lane Open Space. All activities and taster sessions are free of charge. Food and drink will be available to purchase from the community centre.

Fresh air, socialising and exercise is a great way to improve well-being and confidence! Bike Minded run friendly group cycle rides across Bristol for anyone who wants to improve their well-being and confidence. We are starting new beginner rides from the Greenway Centre. We also offer free 1:1 cycle training if you haven't ridden in a long time (or ever) and would like to learn. Our first ride will be from the Greenway Centre to Stoke Park Sculpture Trail on Mon 26th June - a nice ride to Stoke Park to see the new sculpture trail carved into the trees! Would you like to feel more confident using your phone or tablet? Do you have questions about technology? Come along to our free monthly ‘Tea and Tech’ drop-in session on the last Wednesday of the month 1-2.30pm at the Henbury and Brentry Community Centre, Machin Road, Henbury. Whether you want to learn to text, shop online, skype with family, use email or upload photos our volunteers will be there to answer your questions. Jobs fair aimed at deaf and disabled people this Friday, Sep 9th, from 10am at the Greenway Centre, Southmead. Please spread the word if there's anyone you know who might benefit.
