Please book ahead. Our women's only bar-belles class is a great way to build strength and definition in every part of the body. The class instructor will guide and motivate class participants through exercises working legs, glutes, chest, back, abs/core, arms and shoulders leaving you aching enough to know you've had a proper workout! The class is also teaches you how to exercise with proper technique and posture- helping you educate yourself. As the title suggests, bar-belles are the main equipment used but dumb-bells, kettlebells and some bodyweight core exercises may also feature.
