Remember back in 2014 when Volunteers knocked on every single door in Southmead and invited residents to answer the questions in the Southmead Community Survey? The survey results were gathered and then used to produce a big to-do list of what residents wanted to work on together to improve life in our community. The ‘Southmead Community Plan – A better future for Southmead’ was published in 2015.
So what’s been happening in the last five years and what still needs to begin? What have been the achievements and what do we still need to find funding for?
Everyone is warmly invited and encouraged to attend the Southmead Community Plan catch up on Saturday 14th March, from 10:30am to 12:30pm, at the Greenway Centre. Come and celebrate the progress and achievements of the last five years, and help to shape the priorities for the next five years.
