Lunchtime Pilates classes at Southmead Community Centre (upstairs hall)
Mondays 13:20 – 14:00 (term time only)
Pilates builds strength and flexibility and is a great way to unwind. The class size is limited to 12 to allow for individual attention and all equipment, including mats is provided.
The class is suitable for all abilities as progressions will be offered. All clients are, however, encouraged to work at their own pace.
